I'm excited to join the Morgan Ashley team and serve my clients and new clients alike. I specialize in revealing natural-looking hair which includes balayage, covering grey and seamless highlights.

Hey! My name is Erica! I've been doing hair since 2012. I love working at Morgan Ashley Salon because of the employees and customers I get to work with every day! I absolutely love color services from a balayage to a single color process, I love giving my clients a new look big or small to brighten their day. I'm also passionate about extensions. I'm certified with Dreamcatchers and JZ Styles. The methods I have to offer include hand ties, unseen, i-tips, and tape-ins. When I'm not at work I'm loving on our son Logan who is the newest joy of our life and of course our sweet fur baby CoCoa! I also love ending my day with a good book. I can't wait to meet you!

When I’m not in the salon, I have two adorable dog-daughters, Harriett and Agnes, and a nephew who I love spending time with! I can’t wait to meet you and make your hair dreams a reality!

Marli finds immense joy in the opportunity to listen to and establish connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her expertise lies in creating lived-in color, executing balayage and highlighting techniques, as well as delivering precision men's cuts. Hello, my name is Christy- Licensed master cosmetologist since 2006. I am blessed to be living out my childhood dream of being behind the chair, loving, caring & creating all things beauty. I have a passion for makeup artistry as well as hair. I am a seasoned stylist specializing in event hair & makeup, all coloring, blending & balayage technique services are my favorite. I have certifications in Redeken color, Wahl clipper cutting and lastly hand -tied extensions. I love style and fashion but most importantly I enjoy conversations and laughter with my guest. After graduating from the Associate Program I am now a full-time stylist who enjoys customizing colors for each new client. I am certified in Dream Catcher Extensions which includes i-tips and tape-ins. I would love to meet you and customize your experience at the salon to make your hair the best it has ever been.

I went to school and got my associates degree in Salon and Spa Management, which provided me to be a licensed cosmetologist. I've been doing hair for 6 years. I specialize in haircutting, whether it's men, women, or children. Pixies, fades, layers, and more I absolutely love creating a style you'll be proud to walk out in. I love being a hairstylist because I meet new people every day and get to have wonderful conversations with extraordinary souls awd it’s what I live for. People are my thing and being able to give someone their dream hair in a comfortable, relaxing environment is the best feeling in the world. When I’m not doing that you can find me at the park with my dog or at a concert. I specialize in coloring, balayage, blonding, k tip extensions and would love to have you in my chair.

My name is Emily Thompson and I am thrilled to join the Morgan Ashley team! Having been a client of this wonderful salon for years, I fell in love with the environment and the amazing stylists. After 11 years with an automotive software company, I decided to step back from my full-time position to spend more time with my family. However, I still wanted to engage with the public, and I can’t think of a better job than helping our incredible clients leave the salon with beautiful hair and smiles. Hi I’m Andi Connell. I’m a senior at Oak Mountain high school. I have been coming to Morgan Ashley to have my hair colored/cut and was presented the wonderful opportunity to join the MA team. After graduation I plan to attend college and work on my bachelor of science degree to become a physician assistant in dermatology. I too am an ambassador for OMHS and love helping out my community. In my spare time I enjoy shopping with my mom, yoga, and reading.

Salon Operations Manager

Norita serves as the Salon Operations Manager at Morgan Ashley and has been a part of the team for almost 7 years. Her genuine passion lies in ensuring that clients feel an abundance of love and comfort during their time at the salon. Norita particularly enjoys providing scalp massages, as they contribute to the clients' relaxation and inner peace, leaving them rejuvenated when they leave the salon. Hi! My name is Nila and I am currently a Junior at Oak Mountain High School. I have been involved with the school's auditioned Show Choir group for 3 years and I love to express myself through performance and style. I have a strong passion for fashion and art, and I have an eye for detail and a flair for design. In my free time I love working with different projects on clothes I often find at local thrift stores. In the future I plan to start my own clothing business and attend FIT, Fashion Institution of Technology, in New York after graduating.
